Yes! is the answer, Digital Office Solutions was given a referral for a business relocating to the East Grinstead area, they where in the process of gathering quotes for computers from Dell, a telephone system from BT & a colour copier from Canon Direct.

A representative from DOS explained “We visited the customer carried out a business requirement survey.

We then proposed a complete solution to meet their requirements, this suited the clients needs perfectly, as they had one point of contact for the whole install & could use us as their own IT support handling all aspects of their infrastructure.

We arranged & supplied the installation of ISDN30 lines, setting up a DDI number range for each part of the business. An SDSL data link for internet access and future VOIP links.

We installed 70 cat 5e data points, terminating them to patch panels in a data cabinet.

We installed a rack mount “digital” telephone system capable of CTI (Computer telephony integration) & VOIP capable connected it to a 4 port voicemail system with automated attendant.

We then installed a server running SBS 2003 & network infrastructure, setup thier e-mail system configured network storage & back-ups, delivered & installed 14 PC’s.

We supplied a network colour copier, printer & scanner, which we now maintained under a cost per copy agreement. Installed an X-ray scanner & network fax multi-function device.

We continue to support the complete package on an annual support agreement.

The business continues to thrive and expand, so we have upgraded and modified the system accordingly, one more PC, two laptops, wireless network access point, Italian option on automated attendant, 3 additional extensions and so the list goes on.”
