If you purchase a copier you should expect it to last five years.
The copier will require more and more attention as it ages.
If you take out a service agreement you fix your servicing costs for the duration of the agreement.
You get parts at trade cost.
You can budget for annual increases.
Our service agreements have a standard duration of 60 months but this can be shortened on request.

Service Agreement Charges

Cost per copy covers consumables

A charge levied for each individual scan that your machine makes. This charge covers labour and consumable parts, consumables have a defined life ie Photo-conductor, cleaning blades, fuser unit, developer & feed tyres

Minimum monthly volume

We have a minimum monthly volume of 1000 scans.

Annual Maintenance covers non consumable parts

We give each copier purchased from ourselves a years warranty on non consumable parts ie PCB,s gearbox, CCD, gears. Non consumable parts are items that do not have a finite life. We make an annual charge of approximately £137.00 for mono machines and £250.00 on colour machines to cover non consumable parts in subsequent years paid annually.

Toner

Toner can be included or excluded from your cost per copy charge.
