Choosing the right line types

ISDN lines offer the most flexible type of line, although you will undoubtedly require at least one analogue line for your internet connection.

Within our business we have one analogue line & one ISDN2e line (equivalent to 2 analogue lines). All lines are connected to our Elmeg telephone system, any calls coming in on the fax line are routed to the extension with the fax connected to it. When we wish to make external calls the first line allocated to the user is the first ISDN2 line, the second line allocated is the fax line, leaving the last ISDN2 line free for incoming sales / service calls. The broadband signal still comes in on the fax line and is routed straight to our ADSL Router.

Click this link  we will ring you back to discuss your individual requirements.

We can arrange the installation of the lines for you.
